I will gladly buy an iPhone once they make one that out performs a Galaxy, ha. With that being said, I do love the Apple corporation and it as a great business model that wants to build the best and improve the world. I myself prefer the newest Galaxy Android phones, as they always seem to be one model ahead of Apple in features and functions, ha! But you can’t tell that to devoted Apple aficionado’s, lol. I’ve been here several times with my friends who use Apple iPhones and are devoted Apple consumers. :(It’s the only mac store outside Chicago, and people don’t really have a choice in where to spend their money if they need AppleCare. But also for the record, this place is always so packed I have a hard time believing the store would ever need to worry about their employees’ professionalism. For the record, the lady helping me was nice. I expect to be treated with at least an average amount of respect. I also was referred to with a point and a «her over there.» I just dropped he equivalent of two days’ pay at your store. They are good-natured and nice enough, but when I went today no fewer than two times did an employee interrupt me in the middle of a sentence to ask my salesperson a question (guess it can’t wait huh?). I am going to sound like an old fogie here (to be clear, I’m mid- 20s) but the store seems to be more focused on employees’ abundance of mac-themed tattoos and affinity for kitschy accessories than on said employees’ actual professionalism and politeness. So everyone here is correct… the place is constantly a zoo (pls open another store SOMEWHERE else in Indiana, Apple!), but I always make appointments and have never had to wait for an amount of time anyone would deem unreasonable. But I guess when you’re the only Apple Store in at least a two hour radius and people don’t really have many other options, you don’t have to worry about fat or efficient service. Most of them were too worried about looking at the time so they could go home at 9: 00, probably not wanting to get involved with a customer that could keep them there late. We learned they had been sitting back there for some time and no one could be bothered to go get them for us. He came out two minutes later with all of our things. The three of us gave him our claim tickets (the man next to me had been waiting over an hour past his promised pickup time). Finally a man came over and asked if he could help us. Others were still just standing around talking and we remained ignored. After being told that someone would be with us shortly I was still left waiting after 30 minutes while employee after employee after employee was going to the back to grab their stuff to go home. They closed at 9: 00 and me and three others were sitting there waiting to pick up our repaired devices. I came to pick up my phone around 8: 30 for my 8: 40 pickup time. They were very busy and I understand that, but I saw quite a few employees just standing around talking to each other. I had a reservation and it took them until 30 minutes after my reservation time to see me. The negatives… the employees working in the store, and there are tons of them, are not efficient. They did a great job on the repair and my phone looks brand new. When I picked up my phone (repairing a shattered screen) it looked flawless. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.I’ll start with the positives… the employee that worked with me was very friendly and knowledgeable. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro.
